SeCate

SeCate was a powerful tribal queen and Papa NaRue’s chosen successor in leading the MuLock Tribe after he transferred his power to her through a ritual blessing. She created a sacred book of tribal knowledge and chose three powerful practitioners – SaDue, LoSho, and ZeLena – to form her tribe. Her death occurred during a blood moon when she discovered some terrible truth about the carnival that she tried to warn others about, writing a final message that was cut short. Her spirit later appeared to reveal the truth about Norman Barley’s manipulation of LoSho.
