Norman Barley is the theatrical mastermind behind the Twisted Carnival who began his dark path in 1878 while working for Carson’s Circus. Originally a murderer on the run, he devised a plan to trap performers’ souls for his own gain. Norman is characterized by his showman’s personality, blood-red coat, and theatrical manner, always treating his dark deeds as performances. He gathered other powerful figures like Akain, LoSho, and OzBo to create his carnival of horrors.
